The worst thing to do in maintaining your health is when you don’t know what to do. We are now experiencing a worldwide pandemic. This is due to this Novel Corona Virus that claims thousands of lives all around the world. We don’t know who is the next victim of this unseen enemy. It could be you? it could be me. However, we can combat this unseen enemy if we are 100% healthy.

We have been made aware of the importance of maintaining our health by eating healthy and nutritious foods, like vegetables, fruits, nuts, and fruit juices. Before going further, I would like to tell you that based on the food that we are eating today is no longer healthy. We’ve missed a lot of micronutrients, that is the reason why, our body also is deteriorating every day that when our body defense system will shut off, we will become immediately a victim to the deadly illnesses and diseases every day.

Due to the fact that we are living in a world that is full of instant foods, fast food chains, that don’t serve healthy diets and food for our body needs. One of the most vital needs that our body missed is water. Many health experts said that we have to drink at least 8 glasses of pure water every day so that our body will function well, but, me personally, I am guilty of this, because I seldom drink the water due to our business. Many times consuming the daily requirements for fluids is a struggle, and even we compromise but putting carbonated drink instead of pure water. Our body needs water originally, not soda and any other artificial drinks.

Though a thirst quencher, plain water is tasteless, this will help us maintain our body hydrated 24 hours a day. But sad to say, that we become less excited to drink water. This gift from God is of great use in maintaining our body temperature, digest food, eases food transit, makes skin glow, and makes it easier for our blood to circulate. The Clearer our urine, the better our chances for steering away from dehydration.

When this happens, we begin to feel tired, grumpy, and irritable. Hence, the importance of always staying hydrated. Our body is composed of 75% water. Needless to say that without water, we will absolutely die. How is water plays an important role in our body? And how long can a Human survive without water?

The human body needs a lot of water to function correctly, and a person may only survive a few days without it. Many other factors, such as a person’s activity levels and their environment, also play an essential role, so there is no reliable way to tell how quickly someone would die from dehydration. Based on the study, a person can only live 3-7 days. After that, I don’t know what will happen. Dehydration has no similar effect on a person. Without water, your whole system will shut down and that will lead you to death. Do not take for granted your water. Drink a lot of water as much as possible. 1. Use clear glass for easy purposes.
